Weck Hem-o-lok Polymer Clip 544250 is a sterile, non-absorbable polymer clip designed for ligating extra-large vessels and tissue structures ranging from 7 mm to 16 mm in diameter. Each box contains 84 clips (6 clips per cartridge × 14 cartridges).
The Hem-o-lok 544250 clip features a secure locking mechanism with a hinged boss and integrated teeth, offering tactile and audible feedback to confirm proper closure. Crafted from inert, radiolucent polymer, it is safe for use with CT, MRI, and X-ray imaging. In ex-vivo testing, the Hem-o-lok Extra-Large clip demonstrated at least five times greater lateral pull-off and 1.8 times higher leak resistance than leading metal alternatives. Designed for ligating extra-large vessels and tissue structures, it seamlessly integrates with manual and automatic appliers, including da Vinci robotic systems.
