Spnib 100 mg Tablet contains dasatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used to treat certain blood cancers. It is an oral tablet used mainly for chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (Ph+ ALL). Dasatinib blocks abnormal proteins that promote the growth of cancer cells.
