Olympus CF-H170 is a diagnostic video colonoscope designed for routine colonoscopy and lower gastrointestinal examinations. It combines HDTV image quality with Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) to support detailed visualization of the colonic mucosa. The scope also features variable stiffness and water-jet functions for improved insertion and mucosal cleaning.

The Olympus CF-H170 provides forward-viewing imaging with a 140° field of view and a 2–100 mm depth of field. Its variable-stiffness mechanism helps reduce re-looping during insertion, while the water-jet function helps clear mucus and debris for better visualization. The colonoscope has a 12.8 mm insertion tube and a 3.7 mm instrument channel for compatible endoscopic accessories. It is designed for use with the Olympus Optera/CV-170 platform and supports HDTV and NBI imaging.
