NCircle Delta Wire Tipless Stone Extractor 104
The NCircle Delta Wire Tipless Stone Extractor 104 is a single-use nitinol basket device used to retrieve urinary stones during endourological procedures. It features a “tipless” design that avoids a distal tip to reduce risk of tissue trauma. The Delta-Wire basket has increased radial force for stronger stone capture.
The Delta Wire configuration in the NCircle extractor delivers greater radial strength by using a triangular-shaped wire mass — enabling a 2.4 Fr basket to match the strength of a traditional 3.0 Fr basket. Its tipless design allows the basket to open flush at the base of a renal calyx, facilitating safe encirclement of stones without a protruding tip that could injure mucosa. The flexible nitinol construction ensures the basket remains kink-resistant and shape-memory-capable, helping to navigate tortuous urinary anatomy. This extractor is intended for single-use stone retrieval (intact stones or fragments) during ureteroscopy or nephroscopy.
