The Mahurkar Triple Lumen (Curved) Catheter is a short-term central vascular access device designed for haemodialysis, apheresis, infusion and monitoring. It features three lumens within a 12 Fr polyurethane shaft with curved extension to fit central veins comfortably. The catheter is supplied as a single-use sterile kit for acute care settings.
This triple-lumen catheter provides two large lumens for high-flow dialysis and a third dedicated lumen for infusion or medication delivery, preserving vascular access for multiple uses. It uses a curved extension design to improve stability and patient comfort while reducing vessel trauma, aided by an atraumatic softly tipped distal end. The laser-cut side slots and thermosensitive material minimise positional occlusion and enhance flow performance. It is indicated for high pressure contrast injection, central venous pressure monitoring, and vascular access in intensive care or dialysis settings.
