LIGACLIP Multi-Clip Appliers (MCA) MCL20
The LIGACLIP Multi‑Clip Applier (MCA) is a sterile, single-use surgical instrument designed to apply multiple titanium clips efficiently during open or endoscopic procedures. It advances new clips automatically after each firing, enabling fast vessel or tissue ligation. Available in small, medium, and large sizes with 20 or 30 clips per cartridge.
This device features long, angled jaws and patented lateral/transverse grooves to securely grip and place clips with precision. A last‑clip lockout mechanism prevents inadvertent firing when the cartridge is empty, reducing the risk of tissue damage. Available in rotating‑head endoscopic versions for 360° articulation and optimal access in minimally invasive surgery. Bench tests show LIGACLIP MCA provides higher axial (43%) and transverse (46%) clip retention forces and a 36% smaller proximal gap than competitors, enhancing ligation security
