The ConMed Y-Knot RC All-Suture Anchor (YRC02) is a self-punching, 2.8 mm suture anchor preloaded with two #2 Hi-Fi sutures—one blue and one white/black. It is designed for soft tissue to bone fixation in orthopedic procedures such as rotator cuff repair and superior capsular reconstruction. The anchor features 360° FormFit fixation, expanding under the cortex for strong, circumferential hold.
This all-suture anchor eliminates the need for a pilot hole, simplifying insertion and reducing surgical time. Its compact 2.8 mm footprint is ideal for procedures with limited bone availability, especially in revision surgeries. The Hi-Fi® suture construct is flat-braided for strength and reliability. The anchor is provided sterile for single-use in arthroscopic or open surgical procedures.
