Conmed Implant 50mm (25mm) Self-Reinforced CrossPin, Sterile CPP-5025
The Implant 50 mm (25 mm) Self-Reinforced CrossPin, Sterile CPP-5025 is a bioabsorbable femoral fixation device used in ACL soft tissue graft surgery. It features a 50 mm total length and 25 mm cortical segment. It is supplied sterile and designed for transverse graft anchoring in femoral tunnels.
This CrossPin belongs to the Pinn-ACL CrossPin system, providing transverse fixation of the graft across the femoral tunnel to enhance stability and graft-to-bone contact. The Self-Reinforced™ PLLA polymer maintains mechanical strength during early healing and gradually resorbs in vivo. The 25 mm cortical length ensures solid purchase in the lateral femoral cortex while avoiding over-penetration. Its design allows the surgeon to visualize graft alignment and precisely seat the implant flush with cortical bone.
