The CKP-3501 is a PopLok knotless suture anchor with 3.5 mm diameter, deployed length of 11 mm, pre-loaded with one #2 Hi-Fi suture. It is used for soft tissue-to-bone fixation in procedures like rotator cuff, labral, or shoulder repairs. The anchor is made of all-PEEK material, designed to give secure fixation without depending fully on bone quality.
This anchor features subcortical “wings” that deploy when triggered, giving strong fixation by expanding internally inside the bone once seated. The design allows the surgeon to first seat the anchor in a pilot hole, then tension the suture before locking it in place—offering flexible control of suture tension. The locking mechanism inside the anchor traps the suture independently of the bone interface, which helps maintain tension even in less dense bone. Being made of PEEK makes the anchor biocompatible, radiolucent (so less interference in imaging), and resistant to corrosion or degradation.
