Conmed 3.5mm PopLok Suture Anchor (11mm length, Deployed) CKP-3500
The CKP-3500 is a 3.5 mm all-PEEK PopLok knotless suture anchor, with an 11 mm deployed length. It is used for tendon-to-bone fixation in procedures such as rotator cuff repair, superior capsular reconstruction, PASTA repair, and MQTFL reconstructions. The anchor features a winging deployment mechanism (“wings”) that lock subcortically to provide secure fixation.
This anchor uses an innovative design that allows surgeons to seat it into a pilot hole, tension the suture as needed, and then deploy subcortical wings by triggering an audible “POP” to lock the fixation in bone. Its suture-locking mechanism traps the suture within the anchor’s internal structure, reducing dependence on bone quality alone for holding strength. Made entirely from PEEK material, it is biocompatible, radiolucent, and resists corrosion or degradation in vivo. The CKP-3500 is intended for single row or lateral row soft-tissue repairs, offering reliable and reproducible results while simplifying handling by eliminating knots.
