The WallFlex Partially Covered Esophageal Stent (Model M00516920) is a sterile, single-use self-expanding nitinol stent with an 18 mm body diameter and 23 mm proximal/distal flares. It measures 15.3 cm in total length, with a 12 cm silicone-covered central segment. It uses an 18.5 Fr delivery catheter over a 0.038″ Jagwire for controlled placement .
This stent combines braided nitinol flexibility and gradual radial expansion to maintain esophageal patency while minimizing patient discomfort .
