The UroMax Ultra™ balloon catheter is a sterile, single-use high-pressure dilator featuring a 30 Fr (≈10 mm) non-compliant balloon 8 cm long, mounted on a 5.8 Fr (~1.9 mm) shaft with a 75 cm usable length. It incorporates HydroPlus™ coating and quadra‑fold technology for a low insertion profile. Designed to relieve ureteral or urethral strictures with controlled radial expansion up to 20 atm.
This non-compliant balloon maintains consistent diameter under high pressure, focusing dilation to targeted strictures while protecting adjacent tissue. HydroPlus™ coating and quadra-fold design enable smooth progression and retrieval through narrow or tortuous anatomy. The kink-resistant shaft, tapered distal tip, and radiopaque markers enhance accurate placement and safety. Dual-lumen hubs allow simultaneous inflation and contrast infusion, enhancing procedural control.
