The UroMax Ultra™ catheter is a sterile, single-use high-pressure balloon dilator featuring a 15 Fr (~5 mm) non-compliant balloon 4 cm in length on a 5.8 Fr (~1.9 mm) shaft. It incorporates HydroPlus™ coating and a quadra-fold, low-profile design for smooth ureteral navigation. Designed to relieve urinary strictures with controlled radial expansion.
This device enables precise dilation up to 20 atm, using non-compliant balloon technology to maintain consistent outer diameter and focus force on strictured segments. The quadra-fold profile and kink-resistant shaft simplify passage through tortuous ureteral anatomy. Radiopaque marker bands ensure accurate fluoroscopic placement. Dual-lumen hubs allow simultaneous inflation and contrast infusion during balloon deployment.
