The Boston Scientific Resolution 360 Clip is a sterile, single-use hemostatic clip deployable via a ≥ 2.8 mm endoscope channel. It features an 11 mm jaw span and full radiopacity for precise visualization. The clip can be reopened up to five times and offers 1:1 catheter rotation control for accurate placement.
This clip combines a braided catheter and rotation knob, enabling both physician and assistant to rotate the clip precisely in tortuous anatomy, supporting quicker and more accurate deployment. Its ergonomic handle mimics the tactile feel of the standard Resolution Clip but with simplified setup thanks to sheath removal. Designed for hemostasis, lesion closure, endoscopic marking, and feeding tube anchoring, it applies securely and locks in place to reduce risks of delayed bleeding. MR-conditional at 1.5 T/3 T and fully radiopaque, it ensures safe follow-up imaging.
