This Advanix Biliary Plastic Stent is a sterile, single-use double-pigtail stent with a 7 Fr (≈ 2.3 mm) diameter and 3 cm length. It has curled ends on both sides to anchor securely within the bile ducts. It’s compatible with 0.035″ guidewires and requires an endoscope channel diameter of at least 3.2 mm.
Engineered to maintain position across short strictures or bile leaks, this double-pigtail stent reduces migration risk and improves drainage reliability. The 7 Fr thin-wall design maintains flow while being small enough for tortuous anatomy. It is constructed from MRI-conditional plastic to allow safe postoperative imaging. Supplied as a single, ready-to-deploy unit, it uses standard endoscopic technique without the need for advanced delivery accessories.
