The ENSEAL X1 Curved Tissue Sealer is a single-use laparoscopic bipolar device used in minimally invasive surgeries. It features a curved jaw and Adaptive Tissue Technology to seal and cut vessels up to 7 mm. This instrument enhances efficiency and precision with continuous 360° shaft rotation.
Designed with separate seal-and-cut operation and Adaptive Tissue Technology, the ENSEAL X1 Curved Sealer optimizes energy delivery for strong seals while minimizing thermal spread. Its curved jaw is 16% longer and 9–19% wider than LigaSure Maryland, offering greater tissue capture and making each activation more efficient. In benchtop tests, it achieved 22% higher burst pressure and maintained minimal lateral thermal damage (~1.57 mm). The inclusion of full 360° rotation and ergonomic, one-handed operation supports better access and surgeon control during colorectal, gynecologic, bariatric, and thoracic procedures
