Conmed Bullseye Native Footprint Ruler RL1000
The Bullseye Native Footprint Ruler RL1000 is a measurement accessory designed for knee ligament reconstruction procedures. It helps assess the size of the native femoral or tibial footprint prior to tunnel creation. It is part of the Bullseye knee-preservation instrumentation system from Linvatec / ConMed.
This ruler is used intra-operatively to measure the anterior-posterior and superior-inferior dimensions of the native anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) footprint on both femoral and tibial sides, enabling the surgeon to choose an appropriately sized tunnel. By providing a visual measurement tool before drilling, the instrument supports repeatable, anatomic tunnel placement based on patient-specific anatomy rather than templated sizes. It integrates with the Bullseye system for femoral and tibial footprint guides, ensuring alignment of measurement, sizing and subsequent drilling tools. Its use contributes to procedure efficiency and supports better graft-and-tunnel fit, which can improve reconstruction outcomes.
