Conmed 7mm EndoPearl (PLLA) C8057
The 7 mm EndoPearl (PLLA) C8057 is a bioabsorbable fixation device used in ACL reconstruction to augment graft fixation within the femoral socket. Made of Poly(L-Lactic Acid), it enhances interference screw fixation strength and eliminates construct slippage.
The 7 mm EndoPearl (PLLA) C8057 is designed to be used in conjunction with an interference screw to provide additional fixation strength for soft tissue grafts in ACL reconstruction. The device is made of Poly(L-Lactic Acid), a biodegradable material that gradually absorbs into the body over time. This device is indicated for use in conjunction with interference screws to provide enhanced fixation of soft tissue grafts within the femoral socket during ACL reconstruction. The EndoPearl provides enhanced fixation of soft tissue grafts within the femoral socket during ACL reconstruction. Made of Poly (L-Lactic Acid), the implant is gradually absorbed and eventually disappears. Simple method of preparing implant and graft construct. Increases graft pullout up to 50%
