The Implant 9 mm Graft Harness and Transverse Cannula, Sterile CPH-9000 is a composite device used in ACL reconstruction to guide and secure soft tissue grafts. It includes both a graft harness sized for 9 mm grafts and a transverse cannula for tunnel alignment. It is supplied sterile and intended for single-use in surgical procedures.
This implant is part of the Pinn-ACL CrossPin System, designed to help surgeons pass and orient grafts while maintaining graft integrity and alignment. The graft harness is composed of molded PLLA combined with a continuous high-strength polyethylene fiber loop to hold the graft without penetrating it. The transverse cannula helps preserve the entrance of the transverse tunnel and aids in proper implant insertion by maintaining the tunnel path. The system supports enhanced graft-to-bone contact and reproducible fixation when used with compatible CrossPin implants.
