Conmed Implant 45mm (20mm) Self-Reinforced CrossPin, Sterile CPP-4520
The Implant 45 mm (20 mm) Self-Reinforced CrossPin, Sterile CPP-4520 is a bioabsorbable femoral fixation implant used in ACL reconstruction. It features a 45 mm overall length with a 20 mm cortical span. It is supplied sterile and designed for transverse graft fixation in soft tissue reconstruction.
This CrossPin is part of the Pinn-ACL CrossPin system, providing transverse fixation of grafts to enhance pull-out strength while allowing graft-to-bone contact. The Self-Reinforced™ PLLA polymer maintains fixation strength during early healing and gradually resorbs over time. The 20 mm cortical length ensures secure anchorage within the lateral femoral cortex without overpenetration. Its design allows surgeons to visualize the exact point of femoral fixation during implantation.
