The UroMax Ultra™ catheter is a sterile, single-use high-pressure dilator featuring a 21 Fr (≈ 7 mm) non-compliant balloon 6 cm long on a 5.8 Fr (~1.9 mm) shaft with a 75 cm usable length. It incorporates HydroPlus™ coating and quadra‑fold technology for a low-profile insertion design. Designed to relieve ureteral strictures with controlled radial dilation up to 20 atm.
This non-compliant polymer balloon maintains its intended diameter under high pressure, enabling targeted dilation of ureteral strictures without overstretching surrounding tissue. With quadra-fold technology and a kink-resistant shaft, it offers ease of navigation through tight or tortuous urinary pathways. Radiopaque marker bands allow precise positioning under fluoroscopy, while the HydroPlus™ coating reduces friction during insertion and withdrawal. Two-lumen hubs facilitate inflation and contrast infusion in a single step, allowing efficient control during procedure.
