The Ultraflex Tracheobronchial Stent is a sterile, single-use airway stent featuring an 18 mm expanded diameter and 40 mm length, with a 25 mm silicone-covered midsection and uncovered ends. It is delivered via a low-profile distal-release catheter over a 0.035″ pulmonary Jagwire. Designed for bronchoscopic placement to alleviate malignant airway strictures.
This self-expanding knitted nitinol stent provides radial support to maintain airway patency while uncovered ends promote mucociliary clearance and tissue integration. The 25 mm silicone-covered segment resists tumor ingrowth, enhancing long-term lumen preservation. Its distal-release catheter with radiopaque markers enables precise deployment under bronchoscopic and fluoroscopic guidance. Compatible with flexible or rigid bronchoscopy using a standard 95 cm working-length catheter.
