It features silicone-covered midsection to resist tumor ingrowth and is deployed via a distal-release catheter with radiopaque markers for precise placement. Compatible with flexible or rigid bronchoscopy over a 0.035″ Jagwire guidewire.
This stent combines the benefits of uncovered ends, promoting mucociliary clearance and tissue integration, with a covered central section that prevents tumor ingrowth. The knitted self-expanding nitinol design ensures gentle but consistent radial force to maintain airway patency.
